The standards outlined in our “Tourist and Accommodation Card” define the qualitative, environmental, safety and hygiene requirements that must be implemented and respected to give value and qualify at our business and at the territory. We work in order to improve ourself and satisfy all your needs.

1. DIRECTION COMMITMENT
Our guesthouse, with the aim of pursuing the satisfaction of all the guests, has decided to:
• make public the level of service that is committed to implementing and improving over time;
• comply with the requirements of the current regulations and hotel classification;
• promote the valorisation of the territory in which it operates;
• taking care of the environment by minimizing the impact of the activities and encouraging eco-sustainable tourism.

2. WELCOMING AND HOSPITALITY
Guests who chose to stay in the structure will be able to check in from 2:00 pm until 11:30 pm. After this time check-in is only possible upon request and may be subject to an additional charge. If you arrive before the established time, we will try to make your waiting as comfortable as possible by making a luggage storage room available so that you can immediately start visiting the old town of Ragusa Ibla. Near the property there is a public parking area, illuminated even at night, with an adequate number of parking spaces, there, you can leave your vehicle comfortably. Our homemade breakfast is served every morning in the common area from 8:00 am untill 10:00 am. Check-out is within 11.00 am of the day of departure. You can make the payment directly in our facility with the method you feel more appropriate: credit card or cash.

3. BOOKING MODES
Anyone who will ask information by E-mail about the guesthouse, promotional offers, or vacation packages will be contacted back within 24 hours. All phone requests will be answered by our staff who will be courteous and clear illustrating our services. In addition, the staff speaks fluently Italian, English, French and Spanish.

4. PRIVACY
The guests data and all requesting information will be treated according to the current privacy policy and will not be, for any reason, given to third parties.

5. CLEANING, MAINTENANCE AND ROOM CONTROL
All our rooms meet the requirements and standards of a three star guesthouse. Each one is equipped with all the services that will make your stay enjoyable: private bathroom, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, balcony, shower gel, shampoo, hand soap, hairdryer, towels, satellite / cable TV, mini bar and safe.
Room reorganization and towels change are made daily from 10:00 am until 12:00 pm. For extended stays, full room cleaning and linen change will take place every 4 days.
All room services are checked by the staff, to ensure the perfect operation during your stay. Any malfunctions or breaks reported by guests or our internal staff will be performed as soon as possible.
For your safety, we make periodic inspections to prevent inefficiencies and malfunctions. In each room, in addition to the usual courtesy kit you will find a folder with the Mini-bar menu, the accessory list, the regulation, the technical intervention request card, the “not disturb” card, the Wi-Fi and safe instructions, and a satisfaction questionnaire, where you can find a special space where you can give us suggestions or report any disruption you found during your stay.

6. ECO-FRIENDLY ORIENTATION
Our facility promotes eco-sustainable tourism. In each private bathroom you will find the towels required for your stay. To reduce the environmental impact of our activities, we ask you to leave on the ground only those that you want to be replaced. The others will be left for further use. In this way, we want to avoid unnecessary waste of water and electricity and limit the use of detergents. We have also decided to use dispensers for liquid soap and shower gel. In addition, we use only low power LED lamps. Finally, we recall that in the common areas we have set up all the trash baskets needed to do recycling.

7. PROMOTION OF THE TERRITORY
At the reception, our staff will provide you with all the information you need to know about our territory. We will show you the best itineraries in order to discover the old town of Ragusa Ibla. We will provide also further information regarding any shifts of public or private transport. We will be happy to give you all the indications on the naturalistic, food and cultural trails of Val di Noto.
